Some treatments will require a doctor's release. Also, there may be a waiting period of 30 minutes for a skin test for product allergic reaction.
Cancellations:
We certainly understand that your plans can change. The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. 24-hour cancellation notice is required. This policy allows others to enjoy our services, as well as recognizes the value of the time of our talented therapist and technicians. | Preparation:
Please plan to arrive on time. A client form must be filled out. Clients who arrive late may have less treatment time or be asked to reschedule. | Comfort:
Special attention and careful draping for privacy, comfort, and relaxation are observed during all body treatment and body massage services. Special robes are provided. | Special Considerations:

Spa gift certificates make great gifts! You may choose a specific treatment or allow the recipient the freedom to select his or her own treatment. Gift certificates are nonrefundable, transferable, and must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of purchase. |
